All practitioners have Professional Liability Insurance in accordance with the ethics and codes of good practice laid down by the main-stream Governing Bodies in Counselling, Coaching and Stress Management.

Charging Structure
Beechmount aims to assess and design each individual contract to produce the maximum value and benefits in the fewest number of meetings.

The fees for work with groups or for individual counselling, trauma therapy and coaching discussions, and the duration, will vary according to the specific situation and the services required. An initial quote may be available over the phone following preliminary negotiations.

The final details will be decided at an initial discussion where a contract will be arranged.

VAT
VAT is not applicable.

Materials
The practitioner may produce materials appropriate for discussions. Copyright of these materials will remain with Beechmount or with the relevant copyright holder.

Travelling and other reasonable expenses
Rail travel, air travel and accommodation (where appropriate and agreed) will be charged at cost. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile.

Cancellation Terms
If a meeting is cancelled with less that 24 hours notice, the full fee is payable unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Payment
Payment terms are:

Therapy and non-sponsored individual coaching
Payment is made at the end of each meeting or is paid for in pre-determined blocks as agreed in the initial contract.

Sponsored individual coaching
50% of total fee to be received before the first session.
50% of total fee invoiced on completion of the programme or coaching structure
Expenses, where applicable, will be included in the final invoice, payment for which should be received within 30 days of invoice date.
